novanalytics was founded by Michaela Fachar, a United States Air Force veteran, international affairs and national security professional, and a graduate of Georgetown University's Master of Science in Foreign Service program. Michaela's unique career path began in the private sector, working in international business. During her time at Georgetown, she utilized her intelligence analysis skills while studying international business. She discovered that shifts in consumer behavior reflect broader cultural changes, providing profound insights into individuals' expectations of business, government, and society. This realization led to the creation of novanalytics, which merges these spheres to understand the globalization of culture and values.
